Below is a list
of some of the Zyprexa law-firms who represent many of our clients seeking
funding:

These
are some of the larger firms in the country, with many, many Zyprexa clients,
so it’s a fair bet that you are represented by one of the above law-firms. (If you have a different law-firm than the
list above, this special note will still be of interest.)
In
our experience, all of these law-firms are fantastic at getting their clients’
Zyprexa claims approved by the Special Masters and Settlement
Administrators. So if you are
represented by one of the firms, you are likely in good hands, in terms of
having your claim processed and handled properly.
However,
many of these firms are not cooperative about working with lawsuit funding
companies, such as our company. That is,
when we contact your attorney to request documents, if your attorney is from of
the above law-firms, there is a good chance they will not cooperate with our
document request, which ultimately will hurt your chances for a successful Zyprexa
Settlement Loan approval with our company.
And
there are many reasons for this. First,
these law-firms are handling 1,000’s of Zyprexa clients and often do not have
the staff to maintain a working relationship with us. Because your attorney’s core job function is
to get your claim approved and ultimately to get you money, many of these
law-firms will see your attempt at getting a loan to be a distraction to their
business. There primary job function is
not work with us at getting you a loan.
And a second reason your law-firm may be uncooperative is they often feel
our fees are excessive and they may be trying to protect your settlement from
being eroded by our fees / interest rates on our loans.
With
that said, we also understand you may be experiencing serious financial
difficulties that your attorney simply cannot relate too. Remember the settlement is your
settlement, not your attorneys. If you
want pursue a Zyprexa Settlement Loan with us, we will do everything in our power
to get you approved.
Keep
in mind, we have approved clients from all of these law-firms for funding on
their Zyprexa claims. And in each
example, the solution to getting around your uncooperative law-firm, was for
the client (you) to be proactive and a major player in assisting us in getting
the requested documents to review on your claim. That is, when the client has provided the
requested documents to us directly, we often have been able to approve the
client for funding.
So
if you are serious about being approved for a Zyprexa Settlement Loan now, we
need you to be proactive about assisting us in getting the requested documents.
Here is a list of law-firms which are no longer cooperating with us. If you are a client of one of these law-firms, we would love to help you, but your law-firm will not cooperate with us and we can therefore NOT help you with a Zyprexa lawsuit advance.
Hopefully in the future we will be able to remove these firms from this "no-go" list.

And
lastly, some of you may have received letters and communication from The
Garretson Law Firm LLC and Matthew L. Garretson out of Lincoln, NE. The Garretson Law Firm is acting as the
settling party for many of these Zyprexa class actions claims, i.e. they are
acting as the Settlement Administrator or Special Masters. Basically this means, they are ones who will
be reviewing, accepting or denying your claims.
They are the ones who will be issuing many of the Settlement Award
Letters. However, they are NOT your actual attorney or law-firm.
Note:
There is a link to the Zyprexa Document Review List on the main
