These
are some of the larger firms in the country, with many, many Vioxx
clients,
so it’s a fair bet that you are represented by one of the
above law-firms. (If you
have a different law-firm than the
list above that's just fine and this special note will still be of
interest.)
In
our experience, all of these law-firms are fantastic at getting their
clients’ Vioxx claims approved and through the "settlement
gateway". So if you
are
represented by one of the firms, you are likely in good hands, in terms
of
having your claim processed and handled properly.
However,
many of these firms are not all that cooperative about working with
lawsuit funding
companies, such as our company. That is,
when we contact your attorney to request documents, there is
a chance they will not cooperate
with our
document request, which ultimately will hurt your chances for a
successful Vioxx
Settlement Loan approval.
And
there can be different reasons for this. First,
these law-firms are handling 100’s of Vioxx clients and often
do not have
the staff to maintain a working relationship with us.
Because
your attorney’s core job function is
to get your claim approved and ultimately to get you money, many of
these
law-firms will see your attempt at getting a loan to be a distraction.
There
primary job function is not
to work with us at getting you a loan.
And
a second reason your law-firm may be uncooperative is they often feel
our fees are excessive and they may be trying to protect your
settlement from
being eroded by our fees / interest rates on our loans.
With
that said, we also understand you may be experiencing serious financial
difficulties that your attorney simply cannot relate too.
Remember
the settlement is your
settlement, not your attorneys. If you
want to pursue a Vioxx Settlement Loan with us, we will do everything
in
our power
to get you approved for funding.
Keep
in mind, we have approved clients from all of these law-firms for
funding on
their Vioxx claims. And in each
example, the solution to getting around an uncooperative law-firm,
was for
the client (you) to be proactive and a major player in assisting us in
getting
the requested documents to review on your claim.
That
is, when the client has provided the
requested documents to us directly, we often have been able to approve
the
client for funding.
Additionally,
we will request that you complete a "Confidential Release Letter" which
we will email, fax or mail to you after you apply with us.
This
is a letter from you to your attorney, which requests in writing that
your attorney cooperate with us. Once we have
received this
letter back from you and we fax it to your attorney, your attorney will
very likely cooperate with us, because you have given them written
permission to do so.
So
if you are serious about being approved for a Vioxx Settlement Loan
now, we
need you to be proactive about assisting us in getting the requested
documents.
Note: There is a
link to the Vioxx Document Review List on the main
Vioxx Settlement Loan information page, i.e. the page you just came
from. You can go

will be
requesting to review from your attorney. Just hit the back
