Here is a scenario
from one of our recent clients...
Our client's father
passed away as a direct result from negligent care at a nursing home
facility. Her
father developed numerous
and life threatening pressure ulcers, which lead to an amputation and
an
infection that ultimately killed her father.
And all of this was preventable, if the
nursing home had just followed
the proper and legal standard of care.
Unfortunately,
negligence and abuse at nursing homes occurs all our across our nation. Our client in this
situation did the right
thing, she successfully sued this nursing home for the wrongful death
of her
father. And while
her lawsuit was
pending, we helped her family by funding them $12,000, to help with
bills until
her case settled. Her
case ultimately
settled for over $800,000.
And
nursing home abuse, is just one type of elder abuse.
We have also seen elder abuse cases
involving: direct physical abuse, sexual abuse, emotional abuse,
neglect,
abandonment, and financial exploitation.
We can and do fund all types of elder abuse
lawsuits.
Every
single day we receive emails and phone calls from clients exactly like
you, who
are struggling financially and have a pending or recently settled
nursing home or elder abuse lawsuit.
Yet
despite your tight financial situation, your landlord, your mortgage
company,
your credit card companies, and all your other creditors still expect
you to
pay all your bills and on time. They do
not care about your situation and do not want to hear any excuses.
The
majority of people in your situation, because of their financial need,
often
instruct their lawyers to settle for whatever money they can get, as
soon as
possible. The only light at the end of
your tunnel, is the prospect of your case settling soon.
We
however, have a much needed solution to this problem. We
advance money to people exactly like you,
who have a pending (or recently settled) nursing home abuse or other
elderly abuse lawsuit. And you get
the money way before your case will ever settle. This gives
you some financial breathing room
and allows your lawyer to go after more money for your case.
For
example, Brandy called us for help at preventing an eviction
she was facing. Her mother had passed away due to negligent
care at nursing home. And yes, we were able to advance Brandy
$3,500 to save her from an eviction, based on her pending lawsuit.
The point is, we
understand your
current financial bind and in many, many cases can offer you a much
needed
solution, cash NOW, before your settlement.
Plain and simple, what we
can do for you:
We advance money to
people with pending lawsuits.
|
What
We
Can Do For You
|
|
|
You don’t
have to wait months or years to get paid from your lawsuit.
Receive money now, in 7 days or less, while you
wait for your lawsuit to settle.
|
|
|
We can advance as
little as $300 and over a $1,000,000,
based only on the quality of your lawsuit.
|
|
|
We do not care about
your credit. You can have great credit or terrible
credit. We don’t care. And we
will not check your credit. We only care about how
good your lawsuit is.
|
|
|
We don’t
care if you employed or not. Because your employment status
has nothing to do with how good your case is and that’s all
we care about.
|
|
|
You only have to pay
back your advance plus fees, when your case settles.
Actually, you’ll never have to write us a check to pay-off
the advance. Your attorney will handle paying off the advance
when your case settles.
|
|
|
There are no
monthly payments to worry about. Unlike traditional
loans or credit cards, there are no monthly payments to be
made. We only get paid off once and only when your case
settles.
|
|
|
If you lose your case
(lawsuit) you owe us nothing. That is you
do not have to repay the advance if your case loses in court.
This means our money is no risk to you.
|
|
|
You will never have
any up-front out-of-pocket fees when applying for an advance.
Applying for an advance with us will not cost you one cent.
Our fees will only apply if you are approved
for an advance and you accept the
advance from us.
|
|
|
If we approve you for
an advance and you accept it, you
have 5 business days to cancel the
agreement with us. Again, applying for
an advance is no risk to you.
|
Basically, you have
nothing to lose and nothing to risk. There are: no up-front fees,
no credit checks, no employment checks, no
monthly payments, pay us back only if you win your case, owe us nothing
if you
lose your case, and you have 5 business days to cancel any advance we
do for
you. What
more could you ask for?

Will Your Case Qualify?
We
have one basic
requirement:
You must be represented by an
attorney. No exceptions.
And we cannot do lawsuit advances at all for
clients in the State
of North Carolina.
How the process works…
We
can approve you for about 10% of the value of your lawsuit.
For example, if
your lawsuit is worth $500,000 we can advance you $50,000.
And you are
not required to take the full approved amount.
In
the above example, if we approved you for $50,000, you could choose to
receive
5 monthly payments of $10,000, or one lump sum of $50,000, or one lump
sum of
any amount $50,000 or less, etc. It’s completely up
to you. We like
to be flexible and work toward your specific financial needs.
Below is a list of how the Lawsuit Advance process works:
- Complete an
application. This can be
done on-line, over the phone, via fax, or even snail mail.
Click
here to Apply
Now.
Remember there is no costs for submitting an application.
- We
will follow-up with contacting your
attorney. We will need to review your case’s
supporting
case
documentation. Usually your attorney will fax or email this
information to us. An important document we will request to
review, is an expert's report on the abuse or negligent that
transpired.
- Once we have your
documentation, our underwriters
will review your request for money. Often our underwriters
will need
to call your attorney to verify information. Our underwriters
will
either approve you or decline you. This usually takes one day.
- If approved, we will issue a
contract and fax
or email the contract to your attorney and you. Both you and
your
attorney will need to review, sign the contract, and fax the contract
back
to us.
- Once we have the completed
contract, we will
release your money, either by a wire transfer or an over-night
check. You choose which option works best for you.
This
whole process often takes 2 to 3
days to get your money from the first time you contact us.
Weekends can
delay funding. But the most common delay arises from your
attorney not
getting us the requested paperwork for review in a timely manner.

What Every Client Wants to Know
What Will This Advance Cost Me?
Fees
and Costs – The only negative aspect about this
whole process…
In my experience, the
biggest concern for clients: “what will this money cost
me?”
Our
money is expensive. There is no other
honest way to describe the cost of our money. Yes we offer the lowest costs
and most competitive rates within our
industry, but our money is still expensive.
If
you can get money from friends or family it will be more affordable.
Our money
is more expensive than a
traditional bank loan. Our lawsuit advances
are often priced similar to high interest rate credit cards.
However,
unlike a credit card, our money has
no monthly payments.
Our
money is expensive because we are
assuming all the risk of your lawsuit not paying out as hoped.
Remember
if your lawsuit loses, you owe us
nothing. And
we lose all the money
invested in your case. You risk nothing,
we risk everything.
In
general, our lawsuit advances will cost between 2% to 5% per month,
compounded monthly. Note the rate will be fixed,
it is not
adjustable and not variable. Your actual
rate will depend upon your case type and the details of your case,
including
how experienced your attorney is. Your
actual “fee schedule” is always plainly disclosed
in your contract.
Occasionally
a client will call us stating our money is expensive.
And we
agree. Remember,
you are in control. If
we approve you for a lawsuit advance and you feel the fees are too
high, you
are always completely free to walk-away with no costs incurred to you.
Remember
we have no up-front fees or
costs. No
application fees and no credit
checks.
And
a key point of difference from our competitors…our
competitors will never
disclose their fee structure up-front. We are different.
We want
our
clients and to be completely aware of the fees/costs involved.
In an
effort to help educate you around this
issue, below is a table showing an alternative pricing model to our
monthly interest rate pricing model. The only
“catch” here, is our fees are
subject to change and your particular fee structure will be dependent
upon your
case’s unique circumstances.
Below is a table showing
typical pricing for a $5,000 cash advance:
|

typically cap at month 31.
|
The
pay-off amount listed above in the table includes paying back the
original
$5,000 advance plus all applicable fees (including the processing fee
and the origination fee, which are both discussed below).
Timing of
the pay-off will depend upon when your lawsuit wins at trial or settles
and pays-out. A
reminder, your actual
fees will depend upon your cases own unique situation.
In
addition, to the pricing tables above, there are two other fees which
are
common on most of our loans, advances, and contracts.
The
first is a flat fixed “processing fee” of $250 to
$375, depending upon the complexity of your case.
By a flat
fixed fee, we mean this fee does not vary with the size of the
advance. For
example, this fee would be
the same for a $1,000 advance or a $100,000 advance.
The
second fee common to our contracts is an “origination
fee”. This fee will vary by the size
of the
advance. It
typically is 15% of the
advance amount to you the client.
However,
keep in mind, with both of these fees you are not required to pay them
up-front
when we advance you the money. These
fees along with the advance amount are only paid-off when your case
settles in
the future, from your settlement proceeds, which your attorney will be
responsible for disbursing.
We guarantee you the lowest
rates in the Lawsuit
Funding industry. Please see our Performance Guarantee. And
as our Lawsuit Funding industry matures, it will become more
competitive which
in the end will drive fees down and benefit future consumers.
However,
despite the costs, our Lawsuit Advances can do more than just relieve
your
immediate financial stress…As a Plaintiff (that’s
you) you
may be up against a Defendant with deep
pockets, who can strain your finances to the limit.
This is
why insurance companies do their best
to drag cases out for so long, because they know the longer you have to
wait,
the more desperate you’ll become, and the more likely
you’ll accept a smaller
offer. (The
Defendant is the party you
are suing.)
A Lawsuit Advance will help
you avoid feeling
pressured to accept a settlement too early, for too little.
In
effect, we level the playing field. Defendants may have huge
financial
resources to mount their legal defense and now you can level the
playing field
with access to our money. Lawsuit
Funding buys you time by providing the money you need now. And it gives
your
lawyer more time to work on your case to get a bigger settlement or
judgment at
trial.

“As
a good contractor my family was very comfortable with the income I
brought in, until the auto wreck.
That was a year ago and my ability to
earn a decent income has really changed.
The advance from Get-Lawsuit-Loan.com

this case to settle! But
I really thank you for the $10,000.
It has really helped us to pay-off some

our case will settle soon and this chapter of our life will finally be

“Thank
you Mr. Kelly for the $6,500. I
paid off that annoying truck loan and finally got them off my back. Plus, we had a little
extra left over, which helps, since I’m not quite ready to go
back to work. Thanks
again. I’ll
do my best to send you some referral business!”
