Are you interested in receiving money on your Medtronic claim, NOW, before the 1, 2, or more years it will take your claim to finally settle and pay out?

Please read carefully:

Dear Medtronic Claimant,

As you probably know, it may take your attorney 1 to 2 years to settle your Medtronic defibrillator lawsuit claim (whether it’s a single claim or part of a larger class action claim).  And you may have cash needs NOW that cannot wait.  That’s where we come in…

We loan cash to Medtronic Claimants waiting for their Settlement

We typically loan $5,000 to $10,000 to Medtronic Claimants

We do not care about your credit or employment history, just how much your final settlement amount will be.  In our experience, Medtronic final settlements are usually in the range of $30,000 to $100,000, some bigger and some smaller.

No Credit Checks

No Employment Requirements

When your claim finally settles and pays out, your attorney will handle paying off the Medtronic Settlement Loan out of your settlement proceeds.  You will typically not be directly involved in paying us back, i.e. you probably won’t have to write us a check to pay back the loan, your attorney will take care of everything.

There are never any up-front fees or costs and you are never obligated to anything for contacting us or requesting funding.

Will You Qualify?  Medtronic Lawsuit Loan Eligibility – We have three basic requirements:

  1. You must be represented by an attorney.

  1. You must have had a Medtronic Defibrillator surgically installed in your body.  (Only certain models are part of recall.)

  1. You must have been harmed by a Medtronic Defibrillator, i.e. you had an unnecessary corrective surgery, severe electrical shock to your heart, a stroke, heart attack, or had a loved one pass away.

Obtaining a Medtronic Lawsuit Loan – The Process:

We typically will loan Medtronic claimants $5,000 to $10,000 if your final settlement amount is projected to be in the $40,000 to $100,000 range.  If this is confusing please feel free to contact us with any questions or see our FAQ’s section.

Below is a list of how the Medtronic Lawsuit Loan process works:

  1. Complete an application.  This can be done on-line, over the phone, via fax, or even traditional mail.  Click here to Apply Now and request immediate funding.

  1. We will follow-up with contacting your attorney.  We will need to review your case’s supporting documentation.  Usually your attorney will fax this information to us.  Or a faster option, you can fax or email us the requested case documents directly.  Click here to view the document request list for the items we like to review for approving Medtronic claims for funding. ( Medtronic Document Review List )

Also, please click here for a special note regarding our experiences with Medtronic attorneys and law-firms.

  1. Once we have your claim’s documentation, our underwriting department will review your request for money.  Our underwriters will often need to call your attorney to verify information.  Our underwriters will either approve you or decline you based on the documents we review.  This usually takes one business day, assuming we have a complete file on your claim.  (Gaps or missing documents can delay our review process.)

  1. If approved, we will issue a contract (funding agreement) and fax the contract to your attorney and email the contract to you for your review.  Both you and your attorney will need to review, sign the contract, and fax the contract back to us.  (Don’t worry if you and your attorney are in different locations, we deal with that issue all the time.)

  1. Once we have the completed contract, we will release your money, either by a wire transfer or an over-night check.  You choose which option works best for you.  Note:  Prior to releasing funds to you, we will check for any liens against the claim which could hurt our ability to get paid-back, these type of liens are usually child support liens, IRS liens, or an open bankruptcy.  If these liens are not an issue for you, then funding should be fast and smooth.

This whole process often takes 2 to 3 business days to get your money from the first time you contact us, sometimes in as little as 24 hours.  Weekends can delay funding.  But the most common delay arises from your attorney not getting us the requested paperwork for review in a timely manner, which is why we always recommend that you, as the client, to be very proactive is assisting us with obtaining the requested documents on your claim.

Lawsuit Loan Costs – The only negative aspect about this whole process…

In my experience, the biggest concern for clients is, “what will this money cost me?”

Our money is expensive.  If you can get money from friends or family it will be more affordable.  Our money is more expensive than a traditional bank loan.  Our Lawsuit Loans are often priced similar to a high interest rate credit card.

But please note: although our money is expensive, compared to traditional lenders, we do offer the best pricing within our industry, i.e. we offer the guaranteed lowest pricing within the lawsuit funding industry.

Our money is expensive because we are assuming all the risk of your Medtronic claim not paying out as hoped.  Remember if we advance you money on your Medtronic lawsuit, and you lose your lawsuit, you owe us nothing!  We basically lose our money  invested into your lawsuit.

Below is a table showing typical pricing for a $5,000 Medtronic cash advance:

Time

Multiple

Pay-Off Amount, $

0 – 6 Months

1.4

$ 7,000

7 – 12 Months

1.6

$ 8,000

13 – 18 Months

2.0

$ 10,000

19 – 24 Months

2.4

$ 12,000

25 – 30 months

2.8

$ 14,000

31 months and beyond

3.2

$ 16,000

Note:  Fees typically cap at month 31.

The pay-off amount listed above in the table includes paying back the original $5,000 advance plus our fees.  Our fees can be thought of as our “profit margin” for risking and investing in your Medtronic claim.  When you actually pay-off the advance, that is the timing of the pay-off, will depend upon when your claim actually settles and pays-out.  And just a reminder, your actual fees will depend upon your lawsuit's own unique situation.

Your actual “fee schedule” will be explicitly disclosed in your contract (funding agreement).  If we approve you for a Lawsuit Advance and you feel the fees are too high, you are always completely free to walk-away with no costs incurred to you.  Remember we have no up-front fees or costs.

We guarantee you the lowest fees in the Lawsuit Funding industry
