Fen Phen Lawsuit Advance Eligibility – We have two basic requirements:

1. You must be represented by an attorney.  No exceptions!

2.   Our second requirement, we need to review some paperwork on your claim.  We normally obtain this paperwork from your attorney, but as the client we welcome any info you can provide us directly regarding the status of your claim.  Specifically, we need to review the "Approval" letter from the "Seventh Amendment Fund Administrator".  This letter is usually about 5 pages and it's usually addressed from the Fund Administrator to your attorney.  Really, we only need to see page 2 of this letter, which usually has a table at the top.  This table will describe the benefits you have been approved for and this is how we make our determination for funding you or not.  In this table, there will be a "Relative Payment Value" number and we need to know that number, because that let's us how much your claim is worth.

3. Once we have your documentation, our underwriting department will review your request for money.  Often our underwriters may need to call your attorney to verify information.  Our underwriters will either approve you or decline you.  This usually takes one to three days (assuming we have received a complete file on your claim).

4. If approved, we will issue a contract (funding agreement) and fax the contract to your attorney.  Both you and your attorney will need to review, sign the contract, and fax the contract back to us.  (Don’t worry if you and your attorney are in different locations, we deal with that issue all the time.)

5. Once we have the completed contract, we will release your money, either by a wire transfer or an over-night check.  You choose which option works best for you.

This whole process often takes 2 to 3 days to get your money from the first time you contact us.  Weekends can delay funding.  But the most common delay arises from your attorney not getting us the requested paperwork for review in a timely manner.

Lawsuit Advance Costs – The only negative aspect about this whole process…

In my experience, the biggest concern for clients is, “what will this money cost me?”
