And the list goes on and on…
Who else wants
to get paid from their divorce,
without
waiting the
months or maybe even
years it
takes to finally settle?
Please read carefully:
Dear
Friend,
If
you are involved in a divorce (marital dissolution) and struggling
financially, it does not
have to
be that way. We can help you get the

And

|
|
Every
single day we receive emails and phone calls from clients exactly like
you, who
are struggling financially and are stuck in the middle of a divorce.
In
fact, more often than not,
the divorce is the cause of your financial distress.
Yet
despite your tight financial situation, your landlord, your mortgage
company,
your credit card companies, and all your other creditors still expect
you to
pay all your bills and to pay them on time. They do
not care about your divorce and do not want to hear any excuses.
The
majority of people in your situation, because of their financial need,
often
instruct their lawyers to settle for whatever money they can get, as
soon as
possible. The
only light at the end of
your tunnel, is the prospect of your divorce settling soon.
We
however, have a much needed solution to this problem.
We advance
money to people exactly like you,
who have a pending divorce. And you get
the money way before your divorce will ever settle.
This gives
you some financial breathing room
and allows your lawyer to go after more money on your divorce.
For
example, Janet recently called us for help getting enough money to stop
a
foreclosure on her home. After her husband skipped out
on her and her children, she was out half of her normal monthly
household income and her bills were quickly piling up.
Yes, we
were able to advance Janet $5,000 in
the nick of time to save her home from foreclosure.
The point is, we understand
your
current financial bind and in many, many cases can offer you a much
needed
solution, cash NOW, before your settlement!
Plain and simple, what we
can do for you:
We advance money to
people with a pending divorce.
|
What
We
Can Do For You
|
|
|
You don’t
have to wait months or years to get paid from your divorce.
Receive money now, in 7 days or less, while you
wait for your divorce to settle. Often as fast as
24 hours!
|
|
|
We can advance as
little as $300 and over a $1,000,000,
based only on the quality of your marital assets.
|
|
|
We do not care about
your credit. You can have great credit or terrible
credit. We don’t care. And we
will not check your credit. We only care about how
your assets will be divided per the divorce.
|
|
|
We don’t
care if you employed or not...we only care about your share of your
pending divorce settlement.
|
|
|
You only have to pay
back the advance plus fees, when your divorce settles.
Actually, you’ll never have to write us a check to pay-off
the advance. Your attorney will handle paying off the advance
after the settlement.
|
|
|
There are no
monthly payments to worry about. Unlike traditional
loans or credit cards, there are no monthly payments to be
made. We only get paid off once and only when your divorce
settles.
|
|
|
If you lose your
divorce you owe us nothing. That is, you
do not have to repay the advance if your divorce loses in
court.
This means our money is risk
free to you.
|
|
|
You will never have
any up-front out-of-pocket fees when applying for funding.
Applying for funding with us will not cost you one cent.
Our fees will only apply if you are approved
for funding and you accept our
funding offer. If you decline our offer, you have no fees.
|
|
|
If we approve you for
funding and you accept it, you
have 5 business days to cancel the
agreement with us. Again, applying for funding is no risk to
you.
|
Basically, you have
nothing to lose and nothing to risk. There are: no up-front
fees,
no credit checks, no employment checks, no
monthly payments, pay us back only if you win your divorce, owe us
nothing
if you
lose your divorce, and you have 5 business days to cancel any funding
we
do for
you. What
more could you ask for?

Will Your Divorce Qualify for
Funding?
We
have two basic
requirements:
- You must be represented by an
attorney (lawyer). No exceptions. And
- You must be expecting to
receive some type of financial assets upon conclusion of your divorce,
i.e. alimony, child-support, real estate, stocks, bonds, etc.
Starting August 28, 2008, we will begin accepting funding applications from clients in the State of Ohio!
But beginning September 5th, 2008, we will NO longer be funding clients or cases from the State of North Carolina, due to a recent appellate court decision in North Carolina.

How the process works…
We
will advance you about 10% to 15% of the value of your pending divorce settlement. For
example, if
your projected settlement is worth $500,000, then we can fund you $50,000.
Also, you are
not required to take the full approved amount.
In
the above example, if we approved you for $50,000, you could choose to
receive
5 monthly payments of $10,000, or one lump sum of $50,000, or one lump
sum of
any amount $50,000 or less, etc. It’s completely up
to you. We like
to be flexible and work toward your specific financial needs.
Below is a list of how the Divorce Settlement Loan process works:
- Complete an
application. This can be
done on-line, over the phone, via fax, or even snail mail.
Click
here to Apply
Now.
Remember there are no costs for submitting an application.
- We will follow-up with
contacting your
attorney. We will need to review your divorce’s
supporting documentation. Usually your attorney will
fax or email this
information to us. Basically we want to review the documents filed with the court and info on the marital assets.
- Once we have your
documentation, our underwriters
will review your request for funding. Often our underwriters
will need
to call your attorney to verify information or clarify any questions. Our underwriters
will
either approve you or decline you. This usually takes one day
(assuming we have a complete file from your attorney and are not missing any vital info).
- If approved, we will issue you
a
contract (funding agreement) and fax
or email the contract to your attorney and to you. Both you
and
your
attorney will need to review, sign the contract, and fax the completed
contract
back
to us in order to get your money.
- Once we have the completed
contract, we will
release your money, either by a wire transfer or an over-night
check. You choose which option works best for you.
This
whole process often takes 2 to 3
days to get your money from the first time you contact us.
Weekends and holidays can
obviously delay funding. But the most common delay arises from your
attorney not
getting us the requested paperwork for review in a timely manner.

What Every Client Wants to Know
What Will This Advance Cost Me?
Fees
and Costs – The only negative aspect about this
whole process…
In my experience, the
biggest concern for clients: “what will this money cost
me?”
Our
money is expensive. There is no other
honest way to describe the cost of our money. Yes we offer the lowest costs
and most competitive rates within our
industry, but our money is still expensive.
If
you can get money from friends or family it will be more affordable.
Our money
is more expensive than a
traditional bank loan. Our Divorce Settlement Loans
are often priced similar to high interest rate credit cards.
However,
unlike a credit card, our money has
no monthly payments.
Our
money is expensive because we are
assuming all the risk of your divorce not settling as hoped.
Remember
if your divorce loses, you owe us
nothing. And
we lose all the money
invested into your settlement. You risk nothing,
we risk everything.
In
general, our divorce settlement advances will cost between 2% to 5% per
month.
Note the
rate will be fixed, it is not
adjustable and not variable. Your actual
rate will depend upon the details of your divorce,
including
how experienced your attorney is. Your
actual “fee schedule” is always plainly disclosed
in your contract (funding agreement).
Occasionally
a client will call us stating our money is expensive.
And we
agree. Remember,
you are in control. If
we approve you for funding and you feel the fees are too
high, you
are always completely free to walk-away with no costs incurred to you.
Remember
we have no up-front fees or
costs. No
application fees and no credit
checks.
And
a key point of difference from our competitors…our
competitors will never
disclose their fee structure up-front. We are different.
We want
our
clients and to be completely aware of the fees/costs involved.
In an
effort to help educate you around this
issue, below is a table showing a fee structures.
The only
“catch” here, is our fees are
subject to change and your particular fee structure will be dependent
upon your divorce’s unique circumstances.
In
addition to pricing based on a monthly growth rate (interest rate, i.e. the 2% to 5%),
we also have an alternative pricing method available. Below is an
example showing the pricing for a $5,000 divorce funding using
this alternative pricing method:

|
The
pay-off amount listed in the above table includes paying back
the
original
$5,000 advance plus our fees. Timing of the
pay-off will depend upon when your divorce actually wins at trial or
settles. And
a
reminder, your actual
fees will depend upon your divorce's own unique
situation.
In
addition, to the pricing table above, there are two other fees which
are
common on most of our loans, advances, and contracts.
The
first is a flat fixed “processing fee” of $250.
By a flat
fixed fee, we mean this fee does not vary with the size of the
advance. For
example, this fee would be
the same for a $1,000 advance or a $100,000 advance.
The
second fee common to our contracts is an “origination
fee”. This fee will vary by the size
of the
advance. It
typically is 15% of the
advance amount to you the client.
However,
keep in mind, with both of these fees you are not required to pay them
up-front
when we fund you the money. These
fees along with the funded amount are only paid-off when your divorce
settles in
the future, from your settlement proceeds, which your attorney will be
responsible for disbursing.
We guarantee you the lowest
rates in the Lawsuit
Funding industry, including divorce financing. Please see our Performance Guarantee. And
as our Lawsuit Funding industry matures, it will become more
competitive which
in the end will drive fees down and benefit future consumers.
However,
despite the costs, our Divorce Settlement Loans can do more than just
relieve
your
immediate financial stress…you
may be up against your Ex with deeper
pockets, who can strain your finances to the limit.
This is
why your Ex will be doing their best
to drag this process out, because they know the longer you have to
wait,
the more desperate you’ll become, and the more likely
you’ll accept a smaller settlement offer.
A Divorce Settlement Loan will
help
you avoid feeling
pressured to accept a settlement too early, for too little.
In
effect, we level the playing field. Your Ex may have larger
financial
resources to mount their legal defense and now you can level the
playing field
with access to our money. Divorce Settlement
Funding buys you time by providing the money you need now. And it gives
your
lawyer more time to work on your divorce to get a bigger settlement or
judgment at
trial.
